Our fireplace would not light. Spencer was our technician, he arrived when he said, was very professional and quick (but took time to explain what the issue was). Great guys. Would very much recommend them.

I've reviewed these guys before, but I wanted it to add another five star note for them! Josh, the owner, is incredibly responsive and his customer service is above and beyond! We had an issue with our remote control and he was willing to come to the store on a Sunday when they are normally closed to help me fix the issue! Can't say enough about their amazing service and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a fireplace!

Really amazing work from these guys! Definitely the people to talk to in town for any work needing done! Very detail oriented, couldn't be happier! The personal experience the Fireplace store employees provide makes working with them even easier.

They gave me a timeframe of 10-noon and showed up at 10:05. They were quick, efficient and friendly. My fireplace looks brand new! Will definitely use again!

I'm just a tenant / maintenance man. But these two guys that came into my home today were AWESOME. It was like watching a well oiled machine. They knew each others next move. They were not very talkative. But, they dont need to be with skill like that. Truly an actions speak louder than word moment and they OWNED IT. Here's a big shout out to Spencer and Casey.... these two guys are top notch! Thank you for the awesome experience.

Spencer and Casey installed a set of gas logs and repaired a botched plumbing job done the day before by Crown plumbing. Outstanding workmanship and would HIGHLY recommend.

When it seems that more and more businesses have forgotten what "customer service" actually means, the tone of this business is set from the top. The owner, Josh, truly runs his business with integrity and puts customer satisfaction as his top priority and absolutely conducts his business "the right way" and treats customers fairly while standing by his company's work and product. Anyone should feel totally comfortable taking their needs to The Fireplace Store knowing that they will get quality work from a good company.

Robert and Spencer were very helpful in resolving an issue via email and photos before coming out and actually correct the problem. We will continue to have The Fireplace Store service our gas fireplaces. Highly recommended.

These guys were amazing!
I was looking for a new fireplace grate which they don't typically stock but had one left over from a job that they did. And they gave it to me for free!
There showroom was awesome as well. I'll definitely be working with them on my fireplace needs from now on!

Josh, Rob, and Spencer are amazing. I discovered that the existing doors on my fireplace were not the right ones, not up to safety code, and posed a fire hazard to my house. The Fireplace Store team went to great lengths to custom order new doors for my 1977 fireplace to get me back in action. The new doors are gorgeous. They also provided a great referral for the demo of the facing to get the whole scenario modernized and safe. Thanks so much for your professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help a difficult case. I LOVE the finished products.

Staff was friendly, but VERY small showroom and expensive product. I was disappointed in the amount of fireplaces on display compared to the website. We did not end up purchasing from them as a result.

The Fireplace Store has a variety of fireplaces, grills, and gas inserts. I had a rough idea of what I wanted in a gas insert for my wood burning fireplace. Josh helped me integrate my fantasy with the realities and possibilities of what was available. He was patient when I was indecisive and did a great job of explaining how things worked. A terrific store.

Josh and Robert have tremendous knowledge of the products they carry. The store has many demo fireplaces. Some are extremely beautiful. I didn't know gas fireplaces have options of pretty pebbles or glass instead of the usual logs.
Buying a gas fireplace that is efficient is much better than using the furnace. When a gas fireplace is burning, it's both beautiful and efficient. Why warm rooms you don't use or bedrooms you prefer to stay cool? We love our gas fireplace and gas stove. It's saving on our gas bill.
